At TYI, we want you to have 100% satisfaction.
To ensure that we always exceed your expectations, we offer a full replacement guarantee with your items purchased through our Creative Consultants or at the TYI exhibition for this guarantee to apply.
For all on-line purchases we ensure all merchandise that leaves our offices is in good order and we will be happy to replace the merchandise only if there is a defect.
The minor variations found in texture of fabrics or on surface of jewellery are inherent of the design and are not considered as flaws.
ALL returns or exchanges must be handled directly through offices at TYI. We regret that we cannot refund the Shipping charges. There are no refunds available after 14 days from original ship date.
Our merchandise may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer’s defect, with your original Customer Purchase Receipt/Proof of Purchase. Return shipping is at the Customer’s expense.
All merchandise returned within 30 days will be replaced at no charge. We would be happy to furnish a TYI Credit Note in case your original selection is no longer available.
Please note that TYI Credit Notes have an expiry date of 6 months after the date of issue
After 30 days, when a TYI Credit Note is furnished, please add $5.00 for handling charges.
Merchandise must be sent back to TYI via an insured courier and with a tracking number. We regret that we cannot accept any returns via COD.
All ‘On Sale’ and ‘Clearance’ items are final purchases where there will be no refunds or exchanges.
